Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager in Texas to work alongside the Bakery Manager and team members to deliver high-quality cakes, exceptional guest experiences, and a welcoming environment. • High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education a plus.
• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service with progressive leadership responsibilities.

• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes guest experience and fosters a positive work environment.
• Partners with Bakery Manager to lead guest experience, cake production, visuals, work environment, and inventory control.
• Supports recruiting, training, directing daily work, and providing coaching.
• Ensures product, service, bakery environment, and visual standards meet NbC policies and safety standards.
• Aids with payroll, scheduling, and basic accounting tasks.
