Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the General Manager to deliver high-quality cakes, create a warm, welcoming environment, and provide a superior guest experience. The role shares in team leadership and collaborates with the GM to drive sales and bakery profitability while executing day-to-day responsibilities in line with NbC standards.

Franchise location with flexible shifts; training will be provided; bilingual Spanish is a plus, and 18+ years old applicants

Qualifications

• Culinary training preferred but not necessary or 2 years post-secondary education or management experience.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant, or food service environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to do the same, training new team members, directing the work of others.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must be 18 Years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily bakery operations and staff coaching.
• Share in team leadership and collaboration to drive sales and profitability.
• Execute day-to-day responsibilities and ensure NbC standards are followed.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve productivity goals.
