Qualifications

• Must have guest-facing experience in retail/food service.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with common office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist Bakery Manager in all operations, scheduling and inventory.
• Coordinate cake production, display and brand presentation.
• Support hiring, training, and performance feedback for team.
• Ensure health and safety standards compliance across the bakery.
• Assist with payroll, reporting and basic accounting tasks.
• Participate in opening/closing duties including cash handling.
• Contribute to local marketing and brand events.
