Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Bakery team.
• Execute rotation of merchandise and building of displays to attract customers.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items and ensure quality.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain bakery product quality.
• Adhere to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and train team members accordingly.
