Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager in McDonough, GA. You will support the Bakery Manager in daily operations, supervise clerks, and help ensure high quality products and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail grocery experience and 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Outgoing and friendly attitude with strong customer service.
• Good communication skills; able to take direction and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in daily supervision of Bakery Department operations.
• Manage and merchandise the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and team supervision.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays; monitor incoming cases for damage.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
