Ideal candidates have 2+ years retail grocery experience with 2 years supervisory experience, a friendly, team-oriented attitude, and strong communication. Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail grocery experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be 18+ with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication and the ability to take and give direction as part of a team.
• Answer phones and take special orders; perform department housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in supervising Bakery Clerks and daily operations.
• Manage merchandising for maximum productivity and department profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and Bakery team supervision.
• Execute rotation of merchandise and build displays; monitor incoming cases for damage.
• Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
