Chestnut Land Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Auntie Anne’s at Tanger Outlets Columbus in Sunbury, OH. You will work alongside the Store Manager, lead the team in their absence, and help manage daily bakery operations to maximize store profitability.

The role requires prior management or supervisory experience in retail or food service, a valid driver’s license, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
