Job summary

Chestnut Land Company is seeking a Shift Leader for Auntie Anne's inside Tanger Outlets Grand Rapids. You will direct restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring food quality, guest service, and workplace safety.

You will lead the team, manage scheduling, coach new staff, and ensure orders are taken with a friendly attitude while serving our pretzels to perfection. Opportunities for advancement and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team: Monitor employee breaks, manage daily scheduling, and prevent unnecessary overtime.
• Develop Talent: Assist with training and coaching new employees to set them up for success.
• Deliver Quality: Prep, bake, and serve our signature golden-brown pretzels to perfection.
• Connect with Guests: Greet customers and accurately take orders with a friendly, positive attitude.
