The role requires prior management or supervisory experience in retail or food service, a valid driver’s license, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

The Role

Working alongside the Store Manager—and leading the team in their absence—you will help manage daily bakery operations, maximize store profitability, and build a positive shift culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership: Manage daily shifts, coordinate employee tasks, and keep the energy high.
• Team Building:Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Operations:Roll up your sleeves to make dough and bake fresh pretzels from scratch alongside your team.
• Inventory & Sales: Maintain stock/inventory, monitor food waste, and drive the team toward daily performance goals.

Requirements
