Qualifications

• Management or supervisory experience in a retail, restaurant, or fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership: Manage daily shifts, coordinate tasks, and keep the energy high.
• Team Building: Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Operations: Roll up your sleeves to make dough and bake fresh pretzels from scratch alongside your team.
• Inventory & Sales: Maintain stock/inventory, monitor food waste, and drive daily performance goals.
