Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1–2 years bakery experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must interact well with customers and maintain a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Ability to weigh and label products accurately and handle basic bakery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager with pricing and merchandising of baked items.
• Provide high level of customer service and keep bakery area clean and presentable.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment.
• Manage stocking, pricing accuracy, and product rotation; discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy and quality.
