Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Clerk to prepare and package all baked goods and assist with pricing and merchandising. You will provide excellent customer service and ensure bakery items are presented attractively.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe bakery area, stocking products, and logging inventory while following safety regulations. This role supports the Bakery Manager in a busy, customer-focused store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the department.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package all baked goods and assist in pricing and merchandising.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure proper presentation of bakery items.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment.
• Stock, fill, rotate, and ensure pricing accuracy of bakery products.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for shipment quality and temperature.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and support the Bakery Manager.
