Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Clerk to prepare and package baked goods while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising, ensuring cleanliness and safety in the bakery department. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with the ability to stand for long periods and handle a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years bakery experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork; capable of following directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and package all bakery items.
• Assist Bakery Manager with pricing and merchandising of baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and maintain cleanliness of the bakery area.
• Maintain safe, sanitary workspace and rotate stock, discard outdated items.
• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality.
