You will assist the Bakery Manager with pricing, merchandising, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean, safe bakery area. Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a HS diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years bakery experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package all baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager with pricing and merchandising.
• Provide high level customer service and maintain cleanliness of the bakery area.
• Stock, rotate, and ensure pricing accuracy of bakery items.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for quality and temperature.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
