Job summary

Community Services Group is seeking a Bakery Instructor to train adults in job skills and bake goods for sale to restaurants and the public. The role reports to the Program Director and supports a trauma-informed, inclusive, diverse work culture.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, at our on-site bakery in Sunbury. Requires 1 year baking/decorating cakes, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle for deliveries and trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year baking and decorating cakes experience required.
• 1 year experience in Vocational Rehabilitation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle for trainings and deliveries.
• Knowledge of ServSafe standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and monitors individuals in bakery tasks and helps develop job skills.
• Coordinates and produces daily bakery orders and ensures timely documentation.
• Performs quality control on all baked goods and manages inventory.
• Delivers orders as needed and supports in community transports.
