Job summary

Community Services Group is seeking a Bakery Workskills Instructor to lead individuals in developing job skills and producing baked goods in our Sunbury bakery. The role involves classroom-style instruction and hands-on supervision on the bakery floor, aligned with our trauma-informed care principles.

You will coordinate daily orders, ensure documentation accuracy, monitor quality, and assist with deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency is required.
• 1 year of baking and decorating cakes experience.
• 1 year of vocational rehabilitation experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to drive and accompany individuals in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and monitors individuals in bakery tasks.
• Participates in daily operations on the bakery floor.
• Coordinates and produces orders daily and completes documentation.
• Performs quality control on products and manages deliveries as needed.
• Maintains inventory and communicates with staff and partner agencies.
