Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is seeking a General Manager in Oklahoma City to oversee all shop operations, including guest services, production, and HR. This role leads a large team, drives sales programs, ensures safety and sanitation, and maintains high standards for quality and guest experience.

The ideal candidate has extensive QSR leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to work weekends.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Quick Serve and/or Full-Service Restaurant experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing a team of 30–40 part-time and full-time employees.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Food manufacturing exposure is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, organization, and communication skills; sales, management, and customer service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest services, ensuring guests are wowed and the shop runs smoothly.
• Lead sales programs, partnerships, and events to meet business goals.
• Manage production, equipment, safety, and sanitation for efficient operations.
• Grow the team through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Oversee budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and reporting of sales.
