Krispy Kreme is seeking an Operations Manager to support the General Manager at a Concord, NC location. The role focuses on improving production efficiency, ensuring quality, and driving sales and safety initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead a customer-focused team, manage staffing and training, and help achieve financial goals while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, management, production and customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Self-motivation, adaptability and problem solving.
• Must be available for full-time (40+ hours/wk).
• The role involves budgeting, reporting and enforcing company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production to maximize efficiency and control variances.
• Implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and minimize labor hours.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
• Assist in achieving profitability goals with General Manager.
• Recruit, train, and supervise shift personnel and foster teamwork.
• Manage income/expense budgets and corporate reporting documentation.
• Support leadership in developing the doughnut factory organization.
