Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking an Assistant Manager in the United States to support shop operations, coach a customer‑focused team, and help deliver a WOW experience for guests. You will work with the General Manager to build a strong team, drive sales, and foster a culture of teamwork.

You will recruit, train, onboard, and resolve staff issues while maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory and cash deposits, and ensuring equipment and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of experience in a job involving food service or retail industry.
• Commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture empowering staff.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of customer-focused employees.
• Assist General Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding and disputes.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Assist in in-store accounting: cash handling, reporting, deposits, inventory control.
• Ensure equipment and POS, drive-thru, and other resources function smoothly.
• Maintain shop sanitation and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming all guests.
