Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Catonsville, MD is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering a WOW experience for customers. You will develop staff, manage daily shop operations, and help meet location goals while growing toward a General Manager role.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, recruiting and training, product knowledge, cash handling, reporting, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, safe shop with excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food service or retail.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and teamwork.
• Assist General Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding, and dispute resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Support in-shop accounting tasks: cash handling, reporting, inventory control.
• Ensure equipment and shop facilities are operational and clean.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive environment.
