Job summary

Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is looking for Shift Supervisors in Tulsa, Oklahoma to lead operational excellence in the shop. You will be responsible for ensuring high safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed standards while building a high-performance team.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, including supervision, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental insurance, will be offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
