Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Shift Bakery Manager to work alongside the Bakery Manager and the team to ensure high-quality cakes, a warm guest experience, and bakery profitability. This role carries leadership responsibilities and helps bring NbC culture to life for both staff and guests.

You will help oversee guest engagement, cake production, brand presentation, scheduling, inventory, and daily operations, including opening/closing duties and cash handling.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service
• Lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest experience and foster a positive work environment
• Partner with Bakery Manager to lead guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, P&L management, and inventory control
• Support recruitment, training, and coaching of team members and direct daily work responsibilities
