Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in retail, restaurant, or food service, with leadership responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Food safety training certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a strong guest experience with friendly, efficient service.
• Support day-to-day bakery operations including guest service, production, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Assist with training new team members and provide shift guidance.
• Delegate tasks and set priorities for shifts.
• Maintain product quality and food safety compliance.
• Assist with stocking, basic inventory checks, and meeting shift goals.
• Fulfill guest orders, including special orders and pickups.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures and cash accountability.
• Maintain knowledge of all bakery roles to handle diverse duties.
