Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Experience hiring and developing teams and achieving financial objectives.
• Experience creating productivity goals, par levels and schedules, and managing costs.
• Foodservice safety training or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability while ensuring high-quality cakes and a warm, welcoming guest experience.
• Direct the team and day-to-day operations including guest experience, production, branding and inventory control.
• Lead with guest focus, motivate and manage performance, and communicate effectively.
