You will assist the Bakery Manager with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching while ensuring food safety and brand presentation. Flexibility for varied shifts and a positive, proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service.
• Proven ability to coach, train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest experience and foster a positive work environment.
• Partner with Bakery Manager to lead guest experience, cake production, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Assist in recruiting, training, directing daily work, and providing feedback and coaching.
• Ensure NbC standards for product, service, environment and safety are met.
• Support opening/closing, cash handling, and payroll processes as needed.
• Assist with special-order fulfillment and marketing event participation.
• Maintain knowledge of bakery roles and assist with various duties as needed.
