Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Lead to work with the Bakery Manager and crew to deliver high-quality cakes and a welcoming guest experience. You will help lead the team, manage daily bakery tasks, and support sales, inventory, and brand standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff coaching, and ensuring safety and quality across all bakery operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest experience and model exceptional engagement.
• Partner with Bakery Manager on guest experience, cake production, and merchandising.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching team members.
• Ensure bakery standards, food safety, and NbC policies are followed.
• Support daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and payroll basics.
• Co-manage special orders and open/close duties with cash handling.
