Nothing Bundt Cakes #287 in West Lafayette is seeking a Shift Lead / Manager On Duty to lead guest experience, cake production and daily operations. You will work with the Bakery Manager to deliver top-quality products, maintain NbC standards and ensure a warm, welcoming environment for guests.

You will assist with scheduling, training, inventory, and basic administrative tasks, open/close procedures, and participate in local marketing events to strengthen community ties and drive sales.

• Recruit, train and coach team members, directing daily work responsibilities.
• Ensure food safety and NbC policies are upheld across operations.
• Assist with cake production plans, promotions, and routine administrative tasks.
