Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes #287 is hiring a Shift Lead in Indianapolis. You will work with the Bakery Manager and team to ensure high-quality cakes, a welcoming environment, and superior guest experience. This role supports daily operations, enforces NbC standards, and reinforces our brand culture for both staff and guests.

The Shift Lead helps manage production, merchandising, inventory, and safety procedures while developing teammates and coordinating opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficient in frosting, utility, and cake flipping and storage procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest experience and model superior guest engagement.
• Partner with Bakery Manager and team to lead guest experience and cake production.
• Train team members and provide performance feedback and coaching.
• Ensure bakery standards, food safety, and NbC policies are followed.
• Assist managers with production plans, productivity goals, and cost controls.
• Support special-order fulfillment for individuals and corporate accounts.
