Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes #233 is seeking a Lead/Key Holder to create a warm guest experience, manage bakery operations, and support sales of our celebration cakes. You will engage guests, educate on cake options, and ensure accurate orders through the POS system.

You may supervise opening/closing tasks, maintain display presentation, and assist with holiday operations. Weekend and varied shifts are required in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Exhibits high energy and strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to greet guests warmly and determine needs.
• Maintains product knowledge to inform guests about options.
• Receives and processes orders accurately using the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk‑in and phone guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Educate guests on cake distinctions, sizes, flavors, pricing, and promos.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations.
• Process guest orders efficiently using the POS and invite to join Email Club.
• Maintain clean bakery presentation and keep displays appealing.
• Assemble cake and balloon orders per guest specs and decorate as needed.
• Open/close bakery tasks, secure premises, handle cash drawers.
