Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cake is seeking a reliable Key Holder to support the Manager by handling daily bakery operations, cash handling, and guest services. You will balance tills, assist guests in person and by phone, and help coordinate orders between Guest Services and Bakery departments.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest experiences, accurate transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization across the crafting and Joy Creating areas.

Qualifications

• Guest service oriented with ability to balance a cash drawer.
• Knowledge of current prices, products and promotions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitates opening/closing of bakery and cash deposits.
• Assist guests with orders in person and by phone.
• Balance POS with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate timing of all orders between Guest Services and Bakery Departments.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising and daily store operations.
