Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Lead at our Keystone Crossing bakery to work alongside the Bakery Manager and a friendly team to deliver high-quality cakes and a welcoming guest experience. The Shift Lead helps run day-to-day responsibilities and ensures that all bakery operations comply with NbC standards.

You will supervise team members, assist with production plans, inventory control, and opening/closing procedures, while maintaining brand standards and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Leads guest experience and team engagement aligned with NbC standards.
• Trains team members, provides feedback and coaching.
• Manages daily operations including production, inventory, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes guest experience and leads a positive working environment.
• Partners with Bakery Manager in all aspects of guest experience, cake production, presentation, and inventory control.
• Ensures compliance with food, health safety standards and NbC policies.
• Assists with opening/closing and cash handling tasks.
• Supports special orders via web/phone for individuals and corporate accounts.
