Carlo's Bakery, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure a positive customer experience and lead by example on a bustling, fast-paced team.

You will motivate staff to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service while maintaining bakery standards and safety protocols. The role requires high energy, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work extended shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer focused work environment is required.
• Food service and hospitality experience is preferred.
• High energy and engaging personality.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time (8+ hours a day).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (required).

Responsabilités

• Arrive to work promptly and in full uniform on your scheduled shift.
• Greet every customer and ensure they are being cared for according to company standards.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Keep work areas and store looking presentable, clean and set up per standards.
• Ensure product quality by checking freshness and rotating products.
