Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Route Sales Professional in Bemidji, MN. The role involves merchandising, stocking, and ensuring product freshness on store shelves, while driving sales through new display space and promotions.

You will build strong customer relationships, handle daily route settlements, and ensure accurate inventory and DOT compliance. A valid license and driving record, plus 1–3 years in direct sales distribution, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• DOT medical card required
• Chauffer license if job location is IN, MI, TN
• Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach frequently
• 1–3 years of DSD experience preferred
• English language proficiency to interact with the public and complete reports

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and setting up incremental displays.
• Build strong customer relationships and execute promotions.
• Introduce new products to maximize sales and shelf space.
• Complete daily route settlement procedures for products, invoices, and cash.
• Safely drive the route truck and log DOT daily records.
• Submit required documentation and deposits on time.
