Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Route Sales Professional to manage store shelves and drive sales across assigned routes in Minnesota. You will stock, rotate, and promote products, while building relationships with store personnel and ensuring accurate paperwork. This role requires early morning start times and a valid CDL/driver’s license with a clean record.

The position offers competitive pay and benefits, with sign-on and retention bonuses eligibility. Prior DSD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Experience in direct store delivery (DSD) is preferred.
• English proficiency to communicate with customers and document reports.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and rotate products on shelves and displays to ensure freshness.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and setting up incremental displays.
• Build strong customer relationships and execute promotions in accounts.
• Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space.
• Complete daily route settlements, including invoices and cash handling.
• Safely operate the route truck and maintain DOT daily logs.
• Submit required paperwork and deposits on time.
