SusieCakes Bakery in Dallas, TX seeks a Guest Services Team Leader to safeguard the guest experience and uphold premium service standards. You will lead on-duty team members, ensuring every guest is treated as a VIP and that product knowledge and hospitality shine in daily operations.

Responsibilities include guiding service quality, communicating bakery updates, and coordinating with culinary to keep guest experiences above expectations while maintaining safety and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Quick service food handling experience in hospitality or food & beverage is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive guest and team member experience on duty.
• Communicate product offerings, new initiatives and bakery updates to the team.
• Drive product sales by partnering with culinary team to exceed guest expectations.
• Oversee daily operations: manage communication log, meal breaks, food safety and COVID procedures.
