Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking Bakery Leaders to steer operations, drive world-class practices, and coach the bakery teams toward high performance. You will lead multiple departments, shape priorities, and ensure safe, quality product delivery across shifts.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing with food industry experience, strong leadership and collaboration skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. Travel may be involved as part of leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or technical field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, at least 5 in the food industry.
• Proven leadership of safety initiatives and zero-injury culture.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience leading operations improvements and day-to-day performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Operations Excellence Vision Carrier across bakery locations.
• Develop Department Leaders through onboarding, training and coaching.
• Promote a culture of mutual respect, teamwork and professionalism.
• Uphold Leadership Behaviors and drive ownership and accountability.
• Support Production, Maintenance, Sanitation and Shipping to meet schedule.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on profit-driving initiatives.
• Leverage data to set bakery priorities and drive KPI results.
• Lead Safety Integrated Management System and food safety programs.
• Oversee annual budgets and bakery financial health.
