Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Production Team Leader to guide shifts in a high-volume bakery environment and drive world-class quality, safety and throughput. You will coach and develop associates, manage schedules, and ensure on-time production to support sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and organizational skills, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. This is an on-site position in Decatur, GA.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of experience in production, preferably in food processing or fast-paced manufacturing.
• A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency-level computer skills including MS Office applications. KRONOS knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
