Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking Production Supervisors for a food manufacturing bakery operation. Roles cover first, second, and third shifts with about 15–25 staff per shift.

This hands-on leadership position offers room for growth within an established supervisory team. You will lead daily production activities, coach and develop staff, ensure food safety and quality, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
