Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking experienced Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This hands-on leadership role oversees 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, driving safe, high‑quality production and meeting targets.

You will coach staff, enforce GMPs and food safety, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and continuously improve shift performance while ensuring clear handoffs and strong team accountability.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
