Job summary

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation, with opportunities across first, second, and third shifts. Lead a team of 15–25 production employees, guiding daily activities and ensuring safety and quality.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and collaboration with maintenance and quality teams to meet production goals and schedule needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in food manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and hold people accountable.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
