This hands-on leadership role offers growth with an established supervisory team. Responsibilities include leading daily activities, coaching staff, maintaining food safety, and improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and support scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure smooth shift handoffs.
