Job summary

Unknown is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation on-site in a full-time role. Lead a team of 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts, driving safe, high-quality output and meeting production goals.

You will coach and develop staff, ensure food safety and GMP compliance, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues, while maintaining clear shift handoffs and priorities.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
