SourcePro Search, LLC is recruiting for Production Supervisors for its bakery operation on all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd). The role leads a team of 15–25 employees, directing daily production and ensuring safety and quality across the line.

The position offers a clear path for professional growth within an established supervisory team and emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and hands-on involvement to meet production goals.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading teams in food manufacturing or bakery/frozen foods is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive performance and accountability.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to rotate and support production scheduling.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
