Job summary

A bakery operation is seeking Production Supervisors to lead a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, and achieving production goals with an established supervisory team.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor performance, and work cross-functionally to resolve issues while sustaining efficient daily operations and strong shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in food manufacturing, preferably bakery or frozen foods.
• Ability to coach, train and develop staff while maintaining accountability.
• Solid understanding of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
