Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd. is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation, with opportunities across first, second, and third shifts. You will lead a team of about 15–25 production employees, ensuring safe, high-quality output while meeting production goals.

This is a hands-on leadership role within an established supervisory team, offering room for growth. The position requires supervisory experience in food manufacturing, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of GMPs and food

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
