Genie Matthews and Associates is seeking a Production Supervisor for an established bakery operation on-site in North Carolina. You will lead a hands-on team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.

You will coach and develop staff, coordinate with maintenance and quality, uphold GMPs, and drive continuous improvement. The base salary is $76,000–$86,000 with a 5% bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and education

Qualificações

• Experience supervising in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold staff accountable.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
