Genie Matthews and Associates in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation on all shifts. You will lead daily production activities, coach 15–25 employees, and partner with maintenance and quality teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time output.

The role is hands-on with room for growth within an established supervisory group; base salary ranges from $76,000 to $86,000 per year plus a 5% bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
