Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of operator experience in manufacturing or production.
• Ability to follow recipes and process controls accurately.
• Basic knowledge of starter mixing and equipment operation.
• Ability to read scales, gauges, and temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain white and organic starter systems according to schedules and formulas.
• Monitor fermentation, mixing, cooling, and temperature controls for quality.
• Operate and maintain starter room equipment including CIP systems.
• Record production data in SAP and other records.
• Ensure GMP, food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Communicate production deviations and safety concerns to leadership.
