Aspire Bakeries LLC is hiring a Production & Packaging Supervisor (Floating) at our Van Nuys, CA bakery. You will oversee production and packaging across multiple shifts, ensuring staffing, product quality, food safety, and attainment of production goals.

This role coordinates people, processes, and resources to meet customer requirements while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Shift is 3rd, weekend availability required; compensation range is stated.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of bakery, food manufacturing, packaging, production, or related supervisory experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply production schedules, operating procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solve, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including percentages, ratios, and production-related measurements.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and support multiple shifts as business needs require.

Responsabilités

• Lead production and packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, service, and efficiency objectives.
• Coordinate workforce scheduling and production plans to meet customer demand and inventory requirements.
• Develop and train team members on operational procedures, food safety standards, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and sanitation standards while maintaining accurate operational documentation.
• Monitor and improve equipment, processes, and workflow efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Materials Management, and other departments to resolve operational issues and deliver business results.
• Manage employee performance, attendance, engagement, and departmental resources within established budget guidelines.
