Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years in large-scale baking or food manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and coordinate production employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standards.
• Willingness to work 1st shift and weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals.
• Train, mentor, and support team members while providing performance feedback to Supervisors.
• Oversee equipment setup, start-up, operation, and shutdown for efficient production flow.
• Monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and QA requirements.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure accurate completion of production documentation and records.
• Maintain a safe, organized, production-ready environment and prep for next shift.
